Thank you for serving as a Judge for the Top 100 Women in Leadership Awards. Your leadership, integrity, and careful evaluation ensure that this recognition remains fair, inspiring, and meaningful. Please review the following instructions before beginning your scoring process.
1. PURPOSE OF THE JUDGING PROCESS
The role of a Judge is to evaluate each nominee with fairness, objectivity, and professionalism. Judges must assess each nomination only on the information provided and the criteria outlined in the Awards Criteria Framework.
Your evaluation contributes directly to identifying the Top 100 Women in Leadership, who will be honoured at the Annual Global Women in Leadership Conference.
2. CONFIDENTIALITY REQUIREMENTS
All nomination materials are strictly confidential.
Judges must agree to:

Keep all nominee information private and secure

Not discuss nominations with anyone outside the judging panel

Not share, copy, or distribute documents

Delete digital files after final submission (unless otherwise instructed)
Breaches of confidentiality will result in immediate removal from the judging committee.
3. SCORING GUIDELINES
Each nominee must be evaluated using the 100-point scoring system:

You must review the nominee’s full submission before assigning scores.
4. HOW TO SCORE FAIRLY
A. Base scores on evidence
Score only what is documented in:

The nomination statement
-
Supporting evidence
-
Peer impact examples
-
Growth achievements
Do not make assumptions beyond what is provided.
B. Use the full scoring range
Avoid giving all nominees identical scores.
Be willing to differentiate based on strength of evidence.
C. Maintain impartiality
Do not score a nominee if:

You know them personally
-
You have a conflict of interest
-
You cannot remain unbiased
Notify the Awards Committee immediately to have the nomination reassigned.
5. SCORING SCALE RECOMMENDATION
To support consistency, Judges are encouraged to follow this guideline:

| Exceptional evidence, outstanding impact | 17–20 |
| Strong evidence, above-average impact | 13–16 |
| Moderate evidence, average impact | 9–12 |
| Limited evidence, minimal impact | 5–8 |
| Very weak evidence or incomplete submission | 0–4 |
