a) Business Promotion and Referrals

As part of your membership benefits, we may share your business contact information (such as name, phone number, and email) with potential clients, members, or referral partners for the purpose of promoting your business and facilitating professional connections.

b) Licensees

Global Women in Leadership Alliance™ licensees who operate chapters or territories may access your information only for members within their assigned regions.
This may include:

  • Membership level

Licensees do not have access to your credit card or banking information. All licensees are bound by signed confidentiality and data-protection agreements.

c) Internal Staff and Professional Advisors

Global Women in Leadership Alliance™ staff, bookkeepers, accountants, and legal advisors may access the information necessary to perform their duties.
This may include:

  • Membership details

  • Payment information (when required to resolve billing matters)

All internal personnel and contracted professionals are bound by confidentiality obligations.

d) Offshore Support Teams

From time to time, GWLA may use reputable offshore service providers for:

Your membership fees and payment terms remain unchanged for the duration of your active annual contract.
